RETURN POLICY

Assembled amplifiers:
If you are not completely satisfied, return the unit within 30 days in as-new condition for full refund except for shipping charges.

Unassembled kits:
Unassembled kits in as-new condition with all parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If, after receiving the kit, you would prefer factory assembly, return the kit with $60 to cover factory assembly and return shipping.

Partially-assembled kits are not returnable.

WARRANTY

Plain English version:
We want you to be happy, and will go out of our way to make things right.

Legal version:
Parts – Replacements for factory-defective parts will be supplied free for one year from date of purchase. Replacement parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

Service Labor – For a period of one year from the date of purchase, any malfunction caused by defective parts or error in design will be corrected at no charge to you. You must deliver the unit at your expense to Winsome Labs. We will refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion. Please contact us prior to shipping units for repair to obtain an RMA number.

Technical Consultation – Winsome Labs provides free consultation on any problem you might encounter in the assembly or use of your product.

Not covered – The correction of assembly errors, adjustments, and damage due to misuse, abuse, accident or negligence are not covered by the warranty. The use of acid-core or corrosive solder or the unauthorized modification of the product or any furnished accessory will void this warranty in its entirety.This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, loss of use, customer assembly, or unauthorized service.

This warranty covers only Winsome Labs products and is not extended to other equipment or components that a customer uses in conjunction with our products.

Such repair and replacement shall be the sole remedy of the customer and there shall be no liability on the part of Winsome Labs for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any loss of business or profits, whether or not foreseeable.
